Signature Club Qualifications

Being asked to Signature Club is an honor reserved for our highest achieving team members. To qualify for eligibility and selection, the following must be achieved, and the rules below will be applied in the sole discretion of the Company:

You must be a RSM, SE, Renewal Rep, SDR, Channel Rep, CSM, TAM or BDA Rep (full list of qualifiers to the right); and be an individual with the highest level of quota attainment; and otherwise provide substantial contributions to revenue and bookings of Black Duck. 

If you are in a role that supports the sales organization in a meaningful way, you may be selected for attendance based on your contributions to the Sales team.

Attendees are selected at the sole discretion of the Company. The Company reserves the right to change, modify or cancel the program and any terms thereof at any time and for any reason. The number of spots for Signature Club and allocation of spots by role are subject to change. In the event a selected team member cannot attend, they will not be eligible for a cash equivalent. 

If selected, you must be employed at the time of the trip to realize the benefits.
