Signature Club Qualifications

Being asked to Signature Club FY2024 is an honor reserved for our highest achieving team members. To qualify for eligibility and selection, the following must be achieved, and the rules below will be applied in the sole discretion of the Company: 

• You must be an RSM, CSM or CAM; and
• Be an individual with the highest level of quota attainment; and
• Otherwise provide substantial contributions to revenue and bookings of Black Duck Software, Inc.

RSMs, CSMs and CAMs are prioritized for selection. 

If you are not an RSM, CAM or CSM but are an SE, SDR or are in a role that supports the sales organization in a meaningful way, you may be selected for attendance at Signature Club if you are the highest performing member of your team and otherwise provide substantial contributions to revenue and bookings of Black Duck Software, Inc. due to your support of the sales team.  

Designated winners/attendees are in the sole discretion of the Company. The Company reserves the right to change, modify or cancel the program and any terms thereof at any time for any reason. The number of spots for the Signature Club and allocation of spots by role are subject to change.

If selected, you must be employed at the time of the trip to realize the benefit.
